The goal of leadership coaching is to develop an individual to think past themselves and serve others within their circle of influence. Leadership is more than self-service and should be used to develop others and move forward as a community or organization. Many leaders want to do better in their positions, but, for one reason or another, fall short of this goal. My role is to help professionals work within their own strengths, while at the same time, not getting caught up in their challenges. Even athletes, who are perceived to be at the top of their game, have coaches to correct and fine tune any shortcomings. Leadership coaching helps build the skills necessary to grow, flourish, and nourish.
